Guest access

Guests have full, private access to the entire home.

Other things to note

Any guests coming after November 1st should plan to bring tire chains in case of snow. While the street is plowed during snow storms, the roads leading into the neighborhood are steep in some places, and can be difficult to get up in icy conditions without 4-wheel drive or chains.

Storms (especially in the winter) are a natural occurrence in this area and as a result we do experience power outages. We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to cover your trip in the event that you feel you cannot complete your stay due to a power outage. Since power outages are known events that will occur annually in this terrain (not to be confused with extenuating circumstances), we do not provide refunds.
